Question: How long will it take me to get trained?
Answer: Most of our Affiliates are able to complete their entire training program in a week to ten days. But the more motivated individuals complete their training in just a few days.
Question: Am I treated as a W2 Employee or as an Independent Contractor?
Answer: All of our Affiliates are treated as Independent Contractors. We will issue you a 1099 for all commissions that were paid to you.
Question: How do I get paid?
Answer: We pay all of our Affiliates within 24 hours of the sale having been made for all Legacy Affiliate Programs sold. For debt settlement business and income stream, our Debt Settlement Affiliates get paid once a month. We pay via PayPal.
Question: Does Legacy Guarantee my income?
Answer: Absolutely not. This is a commission based home based income opportunity. As such we cannot guarantee what, if any, income you are going to make, as we cannot control the actions you are going to take. Results achieved by our Affiliate vary greatly. Any Company that guarantees your income {unless it is a salaried position} is probably lying to you and you would be wise to steer clear of those kinds of Companies. Answer: Absolutely! This is one of our greatest strengths as an organization! All of our Affiliates have their own replicated website and back office which is loaded with all of our training programs, recorded live webinar training sessions, marketing materials, e-books, sales tools, resource center and much more! Additionally, we are always offering additional training sessions for our Affiliates.
Question: What if I sign up as a Legacy Affiliate and then change my mind. Will I get a refund?
Answer: Our Affiliates can cancel their membership as a Legacy Affiliate at any time. However, we do not offer any refunds.
Question: Does Legacy provide ongoing training?
Answer: Absolutely! This is one of our greatest strengths as a Company. We are continually training and supporting our Affiliates. Question: What is a realistic expectation as far as how soon I can make my first sale and begin earning money?
Answer: Difficult question to answer, because it varies for each individual. We have seen Affiliates make their first sale before they have even completed their training! Additionally, many {but not all} of our Affiliates make their first sales within a week of completing their training. A number of factors will determine how fast you make your first sale. Question: Does Legacy provide its Affiliates leads?
Answer: YES WE DO!!! J In fact we are one of the VERY FEW Affiliate programs that do provide free leads! Not only do we provide free leads for Legacy Affiliate recruiting purposes {business opportunity seekers}, but we also provide debt settlement leads so our Affiliates that pursue that income stream will have leads to work!! Additionally, we provide our Affiliates with some excellent lead sources that they can purchase leads from themselves.
Question: Is this a “get rich” scheme?
